Jody brings his background in Business Management, Web Development, and Marketing to aid his clients in advancing the integration of emerging technology into the traditional real estate business. In prior years, he worked as Business Manager and Lead Generation Specialist for several real estate agents and teams, including Long and Foster's Top Selling Real Estate team, overseeing the closing of 90+ homes sold and over $27 million in sales and helping numerous clients list and sell their property. He has designed and developed over 30 proprietary websites that provide Hampton Roads buyers with up-to-the-minute listing information and details on foreclosures and short sale properties, giving his clients and customers an edge in today's market. In addition to Real Estate, Jody enjoys playing and recording music and has played guitar in several bands. He also has owned and operated 3 antiques businesses in Massachusetts and Virginia, and was Operations Manager for an international sales and marketing company responsible for managing "Just-In-Time" production/delivery for companies in 26 countries.
